High Flume Slide

Fly the 90 metre high flume slide in the Aqua Dome for a thrilling slip slidy fun. Climb to the top of the flume tower and when the green light is on enter the flume slide feet first and before you know it you will be flying down the green shoot and turning as you descend Kerrys big slide!

For those interested in how fast they came down the slide there is a clock at the end indicating your time. The fastest time was 10.08 secs - try and beat that!

Lazy River

Float effortlessly in the lazy river as the slow current carries you around the 94 metre river under bridges and walkways for a relaxing time in the water. Families can float together and enjoy the motion of being carried in the current for a fun and memorable experience.

Babies also enjoy being carried in this slow current of moving water as they take in all the new surroundings in this water environment.

River Rapids

Ride the very fast river rapids at the Aqua Dome in Tralee and enjoy a thrilling exhilarating experience. These river rapids are great fun and can be enjoyed by old and young alike. When the siren goes off make sure you are in the castle area and you will be swept around the beautiful stone castle in the fast river rapids with very little effort required for swimming.

At the back of the castle you can stop and sit on our bubble pool and watch thousands of tiny bubbles swim up to you and tickle your skin. It is refreshingly invigorating!

Waves

Surf the waves at the Aqua Dome and experience a taste of the indoor Wild Atlantic Way in Tralee. The waves are run every hour so make sure you stay in the pool and enjoy the surge of the waves and the splash of the sprays. There are lots of lovely beaches surrounding the Aqua Dome but if you want to experience fun without getting sand in your eyes then the Aqua Dome in Tralee is the place to be!

Outdoor Falling Rapids

Plunge down the outdoor falling rapids in the Aqua Dome and end up splashing into the landing pool inside the dome for an exhilarating ride to remember! Climb half way up the flume tower to the entrance of the outdoor falling rapids and enter the top entrance pool for the beginning of the ride. Take a few steps to the top of the slide, lie flat and prepare for a fast ride to the bottom landing pool as your body is carried in this fast plunging flow of water.

The flow of water at the top is very strong so this ride is recommended for strong swimmers only.

Aqua Dome Gym

Keep fit and stay healthy by working out in the gym in the Aqua Dome Tralee. There is a variety of equipment for training and a new weight system for toning. Exercise mats are available for floor exercises and stretching in the gym and there is a personal trainer available for private training sessions. The Aqua Dome gym overlooks the main pool area and incorporates rowers, cross trainers, threadmills, cycles, steppers and floor mats.

The weights room has a chest press, lateral pull down, leg extension, weights systems, floor mats, stepper and foam rollers. There is a supply of filtered water on location to keep you hydrated while working out!

Aqua Dome Saunas & Steam Room

For complete relaxation why not try the Aqua Domes Adult Only Health Suite. Enjoy the dry heat of the saunas and the moist heat of the steam room. Follow this with a dip into the cool plunge pool and you will feel refreshingly rejuvenated! There are 2 Finnish saunas in the Health Suite and 1 steam room so whether it is a dry heat or a moist heat you are looking for the Aqua Dome Health Suite is the place to be. A dip into the cool pool after being in the heat is also great to ease your aches and pains away! For those who have the time bring in your book or your newspaper and enjoy a little relaxation for a while.
